But on a happier note
After writing out that ugliness below, I feel renewed, so here's something fun, though not work safe. Friend Leslie and I have been sending Monk-E-Mail to each other. They are hysterical, truly, and the monkeys will say anything you want and they know all the bad words. Like this one. And this one.
They're addictive, and they're here: Monk-E-Mail
UPDATE: This just in from Leslie. I am dying in a happy way.

Whoa, I just opened that at work!! Too funny. Hey I work in a "male" dominated profession and I run into a few guys like Kendal, but most of them are all sweet and pleasant and get misty-eyed talking about their wives and kids. Civility and respect lives. Too bad you ran into the Hitler of misogynists.
So sorry Liz. Forgot to add that. Eek! Are you fired? ;-)
Hey BAB - you don't have an e-mail link that I can see. You know the JMG vid cast?
That monk E mail is funny. Had to send it on to a few people.
Sorry about the fellow and the offending jokes. It's not too late to let him know where you stand and that it's not appropriate and really tell him how that makes you feel. I have a feeling his way of thinking is in bred from his dad or whoever and it won't change his mind but it's worth a try.
That was too damn funny! I have to send them to everyone I know now!
Hilarious, really!
I love Monkey mail, and have used it when I have something difficult to say, like when my best friend went off his anti-depressants, and I also used it to tell my boss I wasn't feeling myself today, and thought it best if I stay home.
"well fuck. i admit that i adore project rungay. but darling though they are, tom & lorenzo don't compare to you, pumpkin.

"Unless it happened to darling Joe at http://joemygod.blogspot.com/ it couldn't have happened to two more divine and fabulous boys. Love ya pumpkins. It's just been a whirlwind, hasn't it? Gee, "Belle," that doesn't quite jibe with the comment you made over at Joe's site, now does it? Not to mention it doesn't make a lick of sense. T&L were nominated for best NEW blog. Joe's been around for years. Stop looking for rivalries where none exist."
