The day's stats

I thought this evening about how I could just skip this. Then I could eat some . . . something. Figured out that this is accountability for me. So here it is:

2093 calories
20 (!) burned through exercise
80 ounces of water
6 servings of veggies (yea)

meeting with my trainer in the a.m. at 7 so did not go to the gym tonight.

Your basal calorie level is probably 1300 per day. Thats what you burn by living and not doing anything extra exercise wise. Women burn less then men, sorry. Subtract the intake from the output and that stays. Every 3500 positive calories is a pound. There is more to it than that, but until you get the basal up, that means being leaner and buring more, the intake must go down. Do the math.. Keep it up..

Hey! It's a start. How are you losing? I'm using weight watchers and it literally has made me more accountable for what I'm eating if I'm writing it down. But still, you are totally doing great!
