Sometimes I think you eat to little girl! 1100 cal? If your exercising I think you need at least 1500, but that just my humble opinion. Don't want to go into starvation mode and slow down your metabolism. I actually do better on more cals. not less, and I prob. do from 1400-1600 or more per day. Anyway, hope your feeling good!

Thanks for your concern, angel. I've thought about it quite a bit. I keep track on MyFoodDiary and I've watched my calories steadily creeping up from 1700 to 1850 to 2000 to 2200 and more upon occasion. I went back to a refresher to the clinic that managed my program last year and it was suggested that when we go beyond 10 pounds of the weight we stopped at ~ for me, certainly not my goal weight, but -120 pounds ~ we might consider doing a couple of meal replacements with the shakes. I've been doing that the last couple of days, without any major craziness about it, and it seems to have brought things into line and I'm a little more comfy with the process. I'm babbling :-) No internet connection for 24 hours and I'm overjoyed to be able to write something!! lynette

I don't eat many calories, either. I keep hearing not to go more than 1000 below your maintenance limit, but that would put me at about 2300 a day, and I fear that if I eat that many, I won't be making a big enough change for my body to know it, and that I might slip back into my old ways more easily. I also fear gradually going back up to a higher caloric intake and ending up where I started. This is hard work, and I absolutely do not want to screw up and cause it to all be for naught. I guess we should make sure and keep it at around 1200 though. Good job on the exercise, and drink more water! :)

I'm scared to try a really low calorie diet because of my experiences with it in the past. Good for you that it's working, though!
