Where did that motivation get to?

I know it's around here somewhere, that motivation to scamper up to the gym every evening, hop on the elliptical, run hard for 45 minutes. If anyone out there has any extra, toss some my way. I know it's just a matter of breaking this deadly inertia, but getting there; what a struggle it is.

*Tosses some motivation your way* Hope that helps. Write and let us know how the gym went.

Well, I was AWOL from the gym for the last three days, an eternity in my world, so I'm headed back today, hopefully for a double header.

Because of rain, fog, holidays, fever, blahdy, blahdy, blah... I didn't walk for about a week. Stress ate me up so much it became "terrors." Had a nice walk with my crazy dog today. Feel much better.

I think what would inspire me is plenty of wealth so I could have an indoor swimming pool to swim laps in and then a hot tub with steam rising off it so I could finish my workout with a nice soak. Then maybe follow that with a massage by a frisky young 22-year old boy. Sigh.

Give yourself 2 weeks of steady gym. After that you're addicted. I just passed the 1 year anniversary. Or try ballroom dancing. I'm not kidding, I just heard a report on it. Some people who hate traditional exercise start ballroom and go and do that every night.
(Not for me, I love the free weights) Good luck.

Search me. If you find some, Mrs. Nator and I could both use it.

At least I finally have an appointment with an endocrinologist set. Maybe she'll give me a magic pill, and all my fat will melt away! ;o)

Darling, I've gained five pounds in four days despite my best intentions and exercise gizmo, but I KNOW I will lose the weight in two weeks.

Hang in there. And Happy New Year.
