more alive
Forgot to say that I am feeling so alive, so refreshed and so much myself again, that I can confess I am consumed by envy and jealousy and a strong urge to fly off to Boston this weekend. The lure is my wish to see, in the flesh, this boy and this one, and these boys, and more. They are going to have so much fucking fun without me and I am heartbroken.

You will be missed, and I will send you pictures from the iphone as they are snapped. That way you will still be there.
yay!!!! you are going to have a grand time :-)
Rodger really wanted to go and "other" things got in the way. We'll miss all the greetings as well! Congrats on feeling alive again....Fatigue can ruin life. I worked alternating shifts for 12 years, and ALWAYS hated the fatigue side. Glad to see your personality bubbling up again.....
So glad to hear the CPAP thingy is making you feel like a human again.
I am telling you we need to figure out a way to have a blog meetup one of these days.
For now, don't be so envious (hey, I wasn't invited either, LOL)... just have some fun of your own.
I am also disappointed that you aren't going to be there. I had been told that there was the possibility that you could be, and that made the weekend even more of a spectacular prospect. Of course, as in all blogger gatherings, we'll be snapping pictures and recording comments faster than they actually occur.
Well, maybe you can save that travel energy up for next year when we gather again in NYC. Yes? Perhaps?
It is so nice to see you energized and up and about again! Too bad you will not be joining your coterie of friends, and thank gawd for the cell phone!
I'm with you Belle. I so wanted to go and will have to settle for pics and blog updates.
I'm sitting here at work looking at last minute flights that would whisk me away for a surprise visit but alas...I have too many commitments here and very little available cash after our lawn tractor replacement.
Sucks, sucks, sucks!!!
I think you should come to NYC! Glad you are feeling better. Not being able to sleep is a nightmare.
XXOO
Oh me too! I so wanted to go ... you boyz will have to really step up and remember the photos!
I'm very jealous to all of them for getting to see each other.
And, preemptively to any one of them who gets to meet you. To think I was in Tulsa only a few years ago... :(
"jealous to"? what was I on?
And I did it TWICE!
Lynette, you were much talked about and greatly missed. I should warn you that Tater and I are planning on visiting New York in a few months once the weather is good again and we will be kidnapping you if necessary. I guess we should also put Roger and Cowbell on notice as well!
I am so glad you are back with us honey, as I emailed you, I was getting worried.
Lynette: fair warning - EvilG has already been laying the groundwork for a NY meetup. He wastes no time, that one.
